On 64 bit OS Sage 50 uses MAPI32.DLL in c:\windows\sysWOW64 to If the key isn't there, even if MAPI is perfectly ready to go, Sage 50 can't 'see' it. ![]() Sage 50 Canadian uses the key above to know whether MAPI is installed. ![]() ![]() The fix, in all cases, was to add this registry key: We are running 32 bit Outlook 2013 and now 2016 on 10 64 bit (Win 8.1 and Win 7 workstations, and were unable to send email from all but two of them from the (totally different) Canadian Sage 50 software.
